The edition of No. IV / "Swimming Pool" is a collection that presents us with a series of wearable objects which materials, forms and functions complement each other sensually. Stills of dissolving geometrical forms, cast in silver, wood, porcelain, leather and fabrics.

Wearable materials, filigree and minimal. Lines become accessories, worn as bracelets, necklaces, scarfs and bags.

We´ve enjoyed a lot to celebrate with you the opening of the installation. Thank you all for this fantastic evening, enthusiasm, and all that nice feedback.

The installation will take place until the July 22 - daily from 11:00 to 20:00 at the outstanding VOO Store in Berlin Kreuzberg (Oranienstrasse 24)

»No.III / ROUND AROUND / wooden objects«

»No.III/ ROUND AROUND« is a series of bracelets & necklaces made out of wood supplemented by silver. The objects are formed on the human body,capturing movement and creating a new shape.

For the new series »ROUND AROUND« we cooperated with a small woodturning workshop, which has a long tradition in wood shaping. The collection consists of ten pieces made out of warm brown and black alder wood and 925 silver. They can be worn as bracelets, chains, shoulder objects and necklaces.

The first series by The Medley Institute »A/1« deals with the traditional technic of dying from Asia called Shibori.
»A/1« contains several cloths with individual pattern. For the exhibition it was not only shown the final product, as well the wood which you need to dye the textiles. The wood became a coproduct and told the same story in a different way. »A/1« was presented in Berlin on January 2010 during Berlin Fashion Week.
